A high dump bucket adds a second hinge so the bucket tips forward higher and further than the loader arms alone, which is how a compact skid steer loads a truck or a high-sided trailer.
How to choose
- Sliding versions extend reach as well as height
- Needs the auxiliary circuit for the dump function
- Capacity is a little less than a plain bucket of the same width
Tip
Check the loader's rated load with the bucket fitted and full; the extra reach reduces what you can safely lift.
